In the laughter and cry of people around-
A deep silence is killing all sounds
And I’m turning deaf.
In the bright lively colours of this world-
The black shades of darkness unfurl
And I’m turning blind.
In times of injustice, I ask myself to speak-
But my words are unheard with my voice so bleak
And I’m turning dumb.
Left to dream with a blinded vision
I’m trying to listen with a deaf receiver
And shouting in hope to get back my voice-
In this struggle, I’m begging for a few moments
And all I hear is a last noise.
